I will handle any necessary authorizations and bill your insurance directly for services if I am in-network with your plan. If I am out-of-network for you, you will need to pay fees at the time of service. I will then provide you with the appropriate forms to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. I am committed to taking care of these details so you can focus on feeling better.

If you do not have insurance benefits, or choose not to use them, please call for current session rates. Payment for services is required at the time of each session. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments can be made in the office or by phone.
